After hearing and see so much of the new iPad. I think that it is an excellent device with the high points being the new graphics processor and the 4G data speeds and the fact that the rear facing camera is now good enough that it is worth taking pictures with it. The improved resolution is very nice but not a huge deal to me. In my opinion it is not worth getting over the the iPad 2 unless 1 or more of the following 3 things are applicable:
1. You plan on taking lots of pictures with the your iPad
2. You plan on playing many graphically intense games
or
3. You get the 4G for the 73Mbps data speed
Especially with the price drop of the iPad 2 in most cases it makes more sense to get that one over the new one.
